How are Live! Gifts redeemed? 
Guests will visit the Promotions Desk to receive a Gift Station Code Card. Guests will scratch off to reveal their code and enter into Gift Station platform. Guests will browse the selection of gifts, add the selection to their shopping cart, enter in shipping information and place their order. Each code is valid for the redemption of 1 gift option.

How will an order be shipped? 
Most items are shipped via standard ground service direct to guest homes. Order processing will begin once the order has successfully been placed.
  
Is there a deadline for guests to redeem a Live! Gift Station Code? 
Guests must choose and redeem their gift(s) by 11:59 pm on Saturday, November 30, 2024.

How long will it take to receive an order? 
Live! and its fulfillment vendor will try to fulfill guest orders promptly. Delivery lead time for items is usually 3 to 4 weeks. The delivery of some gift items may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, and items may be subject to change. 

Can a guest cancel an order once it is placed? 
Once the order on Gift Station for drop ship is submitted, returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are prohibited.

Will confirmation emails be sent to the guest? 
Yes, if guests add their email address when registering or checking out on Gift Station, order confirmation emails will be sent upon order placement and shipping confirmation emails will be sent upon order shipment.

Does a guest have to pay shipping, handling, and sales tax charges for items ordered? 
No, shipping, handling, and sales tax are included in the redemption. 

Is a telephone phone number required? 
A telephone number is not required, but it is recommended in case customer service needs to contact a guest should a question arise when processing their order. Certain guest contact information is shared with our fulfillment vendor, who may contact the guest directly regarding their gift and the details regarding fulfillment, shipment, and delivery of the gift. For orders that require a delivery to be scheduled, the guest's phone number is imperative for this instance as well so that the delivery service can efficiently coordinate with the guest.

Is an email address required? 
An email address is not required but is recommended so an order confirmation email can be sent. In addition, it is used as an alternative contact if a guest cannot be reached via telephone. Certain guest contact information is shared with our fulfillment vendor, who may contact the guest directly regarding their gift and provide details regarding fulfillment, shipment, and delivery. For orders that require a delivery to be scheduled, the guest's email address is imperative for this instance as well so that the delivery service can efficiently coordinate with the guest.
