  1. Redemption Codes: Gift Station operates on a redemption code system. A redemption code will be issued to you, which can be used to redeem gifts from our website.
  2. Eligibility: Gift Station is open to all customers who meet our eligibility requirements. Players can use the comps they have earned. Players loose their comps after 90 days of inactivity. 
  3. Gift Selection: Our website offers a wide variety of gift options in various tiers, from affordable to luxurious. While we strive to maintain a diverse and high-quality selection, gift options are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  4. Redemption Limits: Each redemption code can only be used once.
  5. Gift Delivery: We will deliver your gift selection to the address provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
  6. Is an email address required? An email address is not required but is recommended so an order confirmation email can be sent. In addition, it is used as an alternative contact if a guest cannot be reached via telephone. Certain guest contact information is shared with our fulfillment vendor, who may contact the guest directly regarding their gift and provide details regarding fulfillment, shipment, and delivery. For orders that require a delivery to be scheduled, the guest's email address is imperative for this instance as well so that the delivery service can efficiently coordinate with the guest.
  7. How do I track the status of my order? You will receive two emails communicating the status of your order. First, an Order Confirmation email after you place your order. Second, a Shipping Confirmation with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions relating to the status of your order.
  8. What should I do if I receive an item that has been damaged during delivery?  Damage: If an Order is damaged during delivery, INNOWAVE will process a replacement Order provided that, for standard delivery: (1) Participant reports such damage to INNOWAVE within five (5) business days of delivery, and (2) Participant retains all original packaging, including without limitation, the over box and shipping label, for inspection by the applicable common carrier; and for “white glove” delivery, where a common carrier delivers an Order into the destination requested by Participant, unpacks the Order and removes debris: (1) Participant inspects such Order and rejects such Order due to damage within five (5) days of delivery, and (2) reports such damage to INNOWAVE within five (5) business days of such attempted delivery.  In no event shall INNOWAVE incur any liability for damage to or non-conformity of any Merchandise or Order due to any act or omission of a common carrier. Defective Merchandise: INNOWAVE shall use commercially reasonable effort to assign to Program Sponsor or Participant, as requested, all assignable rights against manufacturers of Merchandise under warranties and indemnifications INNOWAVE or its vendor receives from such manufacturers.  INNOWAVE agrees to cooperate and use commercially reasonable efforts to cause INNOWAVE’s vendors to cooperate with the Program Sponsor, at the Program Sponsor's sole cost and expense, in enforcing any such warranties or indemnifications against manufacturers. Innowave will provide the guest with directions on securing the manufacturer's warranty service directly upon request.   9. Merchandise Management: If a specific merchandise item is discontinued, a similar item of equal or greater value may be substituted.
